The quality of paper boards used in packaging is heavily influenced by various types of stresses. While measuring, testing, and improving this quality may pose challenges, it is not an impossible task. To tackle this, Bell Printers has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a local Printing Educational Institution called AGP. This collaboration grants us access to their labs and state-of-the-art devices for measurement and testing, in addition to our own extensive testing equipment. Furthermore, we recruit some of their top students and provide them with comprehensive training to join our stringent Quality Control and Testing team. This synergistic relationship enables us to consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering unparalleled printing and packaging excellence.

One of the crucial devices for assessing the quality of paper boards is the bending tester, which evaluates the suitability of boards for folding cartons or rigid folding boxes. Understanding these fundamental differences is key to creating packaging solutions of world-class standards. At Bell, we are perpetually committed to delving deeper into the concealed scientific intricacies. When we unearth these hidden numerical values, we take additional measures to measure, monitor, and maintain these elevated standards. Since most of the conversion processes involved in paper board packaging are mechanical, such as creasing, die cutting, and foil stamping, assessing the endurance of our raw materials under various stresses plays a pivotal role in determining the longevity of the packaging.
